The Central Securities Depository announces launching a new pilot My Account Customer Service Portal on March 31, 2023. The purpose of the new portal is to provide an access to the Central Securities Depository services and to facilitate customer support. The Customer Service Portal is a self-service tool that offers customers a single point of access to automated services. The interface of the new portal has been updated and the service of applying for establishment of business relations has been automated: directories as well as automatic checking of fields for errors have been implemented.
