The Central Securities Depository suspends the acceptance of orders for registration of 

- transfer/withdrawal of financial instruments to/from the nominal holding of the Central Securities Depository; 
- transfer of financial instruments between subaccounts in the Central Securities Depository’s recordkeeping system, if such transfer involves transfer of financial instruments between the Central Securities Depository’s accounts  in Euroclear system until Euroclear completes the segregation of the following financial instruments, held by Russian participants and their clients, on the Central Securities Depository’s accounts in Euroclear system:
