Central Securities Depository JSC (the Central Securities Depository) announces that on 28 November 2025 an in-person meeting of the members of the Board of Directors of the Central Securities Depository was held, at which the following resolutions were adopted:

On matter 1 "On the Development Plan of the Central Securities Depository for 2022–2026 taking into account the annual adjustment for 2026"
Approve the Development Plan of the Central Securities Depository for 2022–2026 taking into account the annual adjustment for 2026.

On matter 2 "On the Financial Plan of the Central Securities Depository for 2025–2027"
Take note of the Financial Plan of the Central Securities Depository for 2025–2027 as set out in the submitted draft.

On matter 3 "On the budget of the Central Securities Depository for 2026"
Approve the budget of the Central Securities Depository for 2026.
