Central Securities Depository JSC (the Central Securities Depository) informs that on July 10, 2026, an absentee voting of members of the Board of Directors of the Central Securities Depository took place, at which the following decisions were made:
Оn the issue "About changes and additions No. 14 to Introduction to the Set of rules of Central Securities Depository JSC"
1. To approve changes and additions No. 14 to Introduction to the Set of Rules of Central Securities Depository JSC as amended according to the submitted draft.
2. To put into effect the changes and additions approved in accordance with paragraph 1 of this decision upon 20 calendar days from the date of approval.
3. To extend the effect of paragraph 13 of changes and additions approved in accordance with paragraph 1 of this decision to the relations that have arisen since June 01, 2025.
On the issue "About the specifics of implementation of depository activities"
1. To approve the Specifics of implementation of depository activities and certain types of banking operations when applying the EU CSDR regime by accounting organizations in accordance with the submitted draft.
2. To put into effect the Specifics of implementation of depository activities and certain types of banking operations when applying the EU CSDR regime by accounting organizations approved in accordance with paragraph 1 of this decision, upon 20 calendar days from the date of approval.
3. To extend the Specifics of implementation of depository activities and certain types of banking operations when applying the EU CSDR regime by accounting organizations approved in accordance with paragraph 1 of this decision, to relations that have arisen since June 01, 2025.
On the issue "About amendments and additions No. 8to the Rules for implementation of Certain Types of Banking Operations"
1. To approve changes and additions No. 8 to the Rules for Implementation of Certain Types of Banking Operations in accordance with the submitted draft.
2. To put into effect the changes and additions approved in accordance with paragraph 1 of this decision upon 20 calendar days from the date of approval.
