Starting from June 25, 2026, the following services will be available in the "Government Securities Admission" section of the Issuer's Personal Account (cabinet.kcsd.kz):

• creation and submission of an application for the assignment of international identifiers to municipal bonds;
• tracking the status of an application from its creation to the completion of its processing by the Central Securities Depository;
• obtaining printable versions of the application and the certificate of identifier assignment;
• creation and submission of the operational document "Information on the Securities Issue of a Local Executive Body" with the ability to track its processing status.

Access to the services in the "Government Securities Admission" section of the Issuer's Personal Account is available to authorized representatives of local executive bodies who have completed the business relationship establishment procedure with the Central Securities Depository.
