By resolution of the Management Board of JSC "Central Securities Depository" (the "Central Securities Depository") adopted at its meeting held on 23 July 2026, the Forms of Operational Documents Used by JSC "Central Securities Depository" in Carrying Out Activities Related to Digital Financial Assets (the "Forms of Operational Documents") have been approved.

The Forms of Operational Documents include templates of the operational documents that the Central Securities Depository will receive from its clients, as well as templates of the reporting documents that it will issue to its clients in the course of providing custody services for the underlying asset of digital financial assets and maintaining the registry system of holders of digital financial assets.

The Forms of Operational Documents became effective on 24 July 2026.

The Forms of Operational Documents are available under the [Current Version] tab of the [Activities Related to Digital Financial Assets] subsection of the [Rules] section on the official website of the Central Securities Depository.
