By resolution of the Board of Directors of Central Securities Depository JSC (the Central Securities Depository), adopted by absentee voting held on June 30, 2026, the Rules on Digital Asset Accounting and Safekeeping Activities have been approved.

The Rules on Digital Asset Accounting and Safekeeping Activities establish the procedure for the provision by the Central Securities Depository of services related to the accounting and safekeeping of digital assets.

The Rules on Digital Asset Accounting and Safekeeping Activities will come into effect on July 21, 2026.

The Rules on Digital Asset Accounting and Safekeeping Activities are available in the [Current Version] tab of the [Registrar and Depository Activities] subsection under the [Rules] section of the Central Securities Depository’s website.
