Services for corporate actions

The Central Securities Depository provides a platform for interaction of the issuer and recordkeeping organizations with professional participants of the securities market in the registration of transactions and events with financial instruments registered in the recordkeeping system of the Central Securities Depository.

The Corporate Actions Division provides the trading operator and participants with the information on corporate actions and registration of global transactions with financial instruments: corporate actions – notification of the meeting, disclosure of information, etc., and as well as provides payment of dividends, coupon remuneration and the nominal value of bonds at their redemption.
