The Central Securities Depository is carrying out a phased migration of functions from the portal to the Personal Account.

Starting from March 1, 2026, the provision of the following information to issuers and holders of financial instruments in the course of registrar activities will be carried out exclusively through the Personal Account.

For issuers:

• register of securities holders
• register of partnership participants
• list of shareholders for convening and holding a general shareholders’ meeting
• certificate on the issuer’s major shareholders
• list of holders for making payments upon redemption of securities
• list of holders for accrual of income on securities
• certificate on securities holders owning __ percent or more of the total number of outstanding securities
• certificate on partnership participants holding an interest representing __% or more of the partnership’s charter capital
• list of shareholders indicating their ultimate beneficial owners
• register of securities holders for other purposes
• register of partnership participants for other purposes
• report on registered transactions (operations) in respect of an instrument

For secure holders:

• statement of account (including statements for instruments of a specific issue/name)
• report on registered transactions in instruments recorded in the account (including transactions relating to instruments of a specific issue/name)
• certificate on rights to instruments registered in favor of a person.

The above-mentioned information will no longer be available on the portal at portal.kacd.kz.
