We inform you that the Central Securities Depository is carrying out a phased migration of functions from the portal to the Personal Account.

Starting from March 1, 2026, the following information services provided to issuers and holders in the course of maintaining the system of registers of securities holders and partnership participants will be available only in the Personal Account.

For Issuers:
•    Request for the register of securities holders
•    Request for the register of partnership participants
•    Request for the list of shareholders for holding a general meeting
•    Request for a certificate on major shareholders
•    Request for the list of holders for making payments upon redemption of securities
•    Request for the list of holders for accrual of income on securities
•    Request for a certificate on securities holders owning % or more of the total number of placed instruments
•    Request for a certificate on participants owning a share of % or more of the partnership’s authorized capital
•    Request for the list of shareholders indicating ultimate beneficial owners
•    Request for the register (other)
•    Request for the register of partnership participants (other)
•    Request for a report on registered transactions (operations) for an instrument

For Holders:
•    Order for a statement from a personal account
•    Order for a report on operations in a personal account
•    Request for a certificate confirming rights to instruments registered in favor of a person

Please note that these operations will no longer be available on the portal at portal.kacd.kz.
