The Central Securities Depository would like to remind you of the importance of paying invoices on time. Under paragraph 3 of Article 30 of the Regulations on Tariffs and Fees (the “Regulations”), consolidated invoices must be paid within 20 calendar days of the date they are presented.

Each consolidated invoice includes charges for services provided by the Central Securities Depository to the payer of tariffs and fees during the relevant billing period, together with any fees prescribed by the Regulations.

Please observe the payment deadline and ensure that your payment obligations are met on time.

Please note that, under Article 31 of the Regulations, failure to pay an invoice by the specified deadline may result in the suspension of agreements and the discontinuation of services. Services will be resumed subject to the tariffs in effect at the time, including payment of the service resumption fee. In addition, under paragraph 5 of Article 31 of the Regulations, the Central Securities Depository is entitled to issue a pre-litigation demand to the payer of tariffs and fees.
