The Central Securities Depository is carrying out a phased migration of functions from the portal to the Personal Account. 

The “Doc.KACD”  section has been transferred to the Personal Account and is now available under the “Message Exchange" section at: https://cabinet.kcsd.kz/dockacd/messages 

If you are not yet registered in the Personal Account, you need to complete the registration process via the following link to access the “Message Exchange” section: https://cabinet.kcsd.kz/

The “Message Exchange” section is intended for sending messages and documents to the Central Depository.

To ensure a smooth transition, a one-month transition period has been established. Upon expiration of the transition period, the “Doc.KACD” section on the portal will be closed, and sending messages through this section will no longer be available.

Please take this change into account in your future work and register in the Personal Account in advance.
