Central Securities Depository JSC (the Central Securities Depository) informs that the following decision was made during an in-person meeting of members of the Central Securities Depository's Board of Directors on July 29, 2024:

 On the agenda item "On opening nominee holder accounts in the name of the Central Securities Depository in financial organizations of the Russian Federation"
1.      In accordance with Article 10.2 of the Rules for Determination of Accounting Organizations and Servicing Banks to determine the following financial organizations registered in the Russian Federation (in descending order of priority for the Central Securities Depository) as accounting organizations for accounting of financial instruments issued in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation:
          1)      foreign custodians operating in the Russian Federation: CB Citibank JSC, Raiffeisenbank JSC, UniCredit Bank JSC;
          2)      depositories of the Russian Federation: Infinitum Asset Services JSC, IFC Solid JSC.
2.      Taking into account that some of the financial organizations named in item 1 of this decision may refuse to open nominee holder accounts in the name of the Central Securities Depository and/or to maintain these accounts in the mode required by the Central Securities Depository, establish that:
          1)      The Central Securities Depository shall have the right to open nominee holder accounts in its name in both, all of these financial organizations and in some of them;
          2)      this decision does not impose an obligation on the Central Securities Depository to open nominee holder accounts in these financial organizations;
          3)      The Central Securities Depository shall continue preparatory and organizational works on the selection of other financial organizations where nominee holder accounts in the name of the Central Securities Depository may be opened for accounting of financial instruments issued in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including works on formation of criteria for such selection.
3.    Entrust the Management Board to inform the Board of Directors' members about the implementation of this decision no later than October 01, 2024, or earlier in case of occurrence of circumstances that did not exist prior to the adoption of this decision.
