Central Securities Depository JSC (the Central Securities Depository) informs that on September 19, 2025, the absentee voting of the members of the Board of Directors of the Central Securities Depository has been held, at which the following decision was made:
 

On the issue "the Rules for rendering the services to cross-exchange trading Participants"
1.    Approve the Rules for rendering the services to cross-exchange trading Participants as amended by the submitted draft. 
2.    Put into effect the Rules for rendering the services to cross-exchange trading Participants approved under paragraph 1 of this decision after expiry of 25 calendar days from the date of approval. 
3.    Extend the Rules for rendering the services to cross-exchange trading Participants approved under paragraph 1 of this decision with regard to relations that arose as of June 17, 2025.
