Central Securities Depository JSC (the Central Securities Depository) reports that on April 21, 2026, an absentee vote was held among the members of the Central Securities Depository’s Board of Directors, during which the following resolution was adopted:
On the matter of "Changes and Additions No. 1 to the Rules of rendering Material, Charitable and Sponsorship Assistance"
1. To approve Changes and Additions No. 1 to the Rules of rendering Material, Charitable and Sponsorship Assistance in accordance with the submitted draft.
2.    To enforce changes and amendments No. 1 to the Rules of rendering Material, Charitable and Sponsorship Assistance, approved pursuant to paragraph 1 of this resolution, effective on the first business day following the date of approval.
