Central Securities Depository JSC (the Central Securities Depository) reports that on May 14, 2026, an absentee voting was held among the members of the Central Securities Depository’s Board of Directors, during which the following resolution was adopted:

On item "Regulation on Tariffs and fees in new edition"

1.    Approve the Regulation on tariffs and fees in a new edition in accordance with the submitted draft.
2.    Enforce the Regulation on tariffs and charges, approved in a new edition in accordance with Clause 1 of this decision, as of June 1, 2026, subject to the specific provision set forth in Clause 3 of this decision.
3.     To establish that, with respect to the tariffs and fees for which the billing period is a calendar quarter and which are provided for by the Regulation on tariffs and fees of the Central Securities Depository approved in the new edition pursuant to Clause 1 of this decision, accruals shall commence from 1 July 2026.
4.        To declare invalid, effective from 1 June 2026, the Regulations on tariffs and fees approved by the resolution of the Board of Directors (Minutes of the absentee voting dated 19 December 2019 No. 96 (з)).
