JSC “Central Securities Depository” (the “Central Securities Depository”) hereby informs that on August 31, 2026, a written resolution of the members of the Board of Directors of the Central Securities Depository was adopted, at which the following resolution was made:

Regarding the matter “On the Early Termination of the Powers of Eskendir D.T., Auditor of the Internal Audit Service”.

To terminate early, effective July 31, 2026, the powers of Eskendir Dana Talgatkyzy as Auditor of the Internal Audit Service of the Central Depository. The last working day of Eskendir Dana Talgatkyzy at the Central Depository shall be July 31, 2026.
