JSC "Central Securities Depository" (the Central Securities Depository) hereby informs that on 18 September 2026, absentee voting of the members of the Board of Directors of the Central Securities Depository was held, at which the following resolution was adopted:

On the Matter of “Confidential Information Policy in a New Revision”
1. Approve the Confidential Information Policy in the wording set forth in the submitted draft.
2. Put into effect the Confidential Information Policy approved pursuant to paragraph 1 of this resolution as of the first business day following the date of its approval.
3. As of the date of approval of the Confidential Information Policy in the new revision, deem the Confidential Information Policy approved by resolution of the Board of Directors (Minutes of the Meeting No. 4 dated 10 June 2011) to have ceased to be in force.
