Central Securities Depository JSC (the Central Securities Depository) informs that on October 6, 2025, the members of the Board of Directors of the Central Securities Depository held absentee voting, at which the following decisions were made:
 

On the issue "On the key performance indicators maps of the Board members with target values for 2025"
To approve the key performance indicators maps of the Board members with target values for 2025.
 

On the issue "On changes No. 2 to the Anti-Corruption Policy"
1.    To approve the amendments No. 2 to the Anti-Corruption Policy as edited according to the submitted draft.
2.    To put into effect the amendments No. 2 to the Anti-Corruption Policy approved according to paragraph 1 of this decision as of the first business day following the date of approval.
 

On the issue "On changes and additions No. 2 to the Regulations for Compliance Control Service"
1.    To approve amendments and additions No. 2 to the Regulations on Compliance Control Service as amended according to the submitted draft. 
2.     To put into effect amendments and additions No. 2 to the Regulations on Compliance Control Service approved according to paragraph 1 of this decision, as of the first business day following the approval.
