Amendment No. 3 (the Amendment) to the Forms of Operational Documents used by Central Securities Depository JSC in its Registrar and Depositary Activities has been approved by a decision of the Management Board of Central Securities Depository JSC (the Central Securities Depository) the meeting of which was held on July 30, 2026.

The Amendment stipulates clarifications on recording of instruments information (depending on the type of instrument) under preparation of securities holders’ registers by the Central Securities Depository.

The amendment provides for clarifications to the disclosure of information on instruments (depending on the type of instrument) when the Central Securities Depository prepares registers of securities holders.The amendment will come into effect on September 1, 2026.
