By resolution of the Management Board of JSC “Central Securities Depository” (the Central Securities Depository), at its meeting held on August 27, 2026, an amendment to the internal documents of the Central Securities Depository approved by the Management Board of the Central Securities Depository was approved, providing for the replacement of the word “тенге” with the word “теңге” (tenge).

The amendment has been made to the following internal documents of the Central Securities Depository approved by the Management Board of the Central Securities Depository:

1)    Forms of Operational Documents Used by JSC “Central Securities Depository” in Carrying Out Registrar and Depository Activities;

2)    Procedure for Interaction between JSC “Central Securities Depository” and Depositors with Respect to SMA Access to the Foreign Exchange Market of the Stock Exchange.

The amendment shall come into force on September 7, 2026.

The aforementioned internal documents, updated to reflect the amendment, have been published under the [Version in Force] tab of the relevant subsection of the [Rules] section of the Central Depository’s website.
