By resolution of the Management Board of JSC "Central Securities Depository" (the "Central Securities Depository") adopted at its meeting held on 23 July 2026, Amendments No. 2 to the Forms of Operational Documents Used by JSC "Central Securities Depository" in Its Registrar and Depository Activities (the "Forms of Operational Documents") have been approved.

The amendments provide for the introduction of new instruction forms for registering transactions involving the acceptance into custody of the underlying asset of digital financial assets and the withdrawal from custody of the underlying asset of digital financial assets.

Amendments No. 2 to the Forms of Operational Documents became effective on 24 July 2026.
