Amendments No. 3 to the Regulations for acceptance and issuance of operative instruments have been approved

Amendments No. 3 to the Regulations for acceptance and issuance of operative instruments (the Amendments) have been approved by decision of the Management Board of Central Securities Depository JSC (the Central Securities Depository) on the meeting held on May 28, 2026.

The Amendments stipulate:

  • extension of the acceptance time for instructions on the entry of instruments into the Central Securities Depository’s nominee holding and instructions on the withdrawal of instruments from the Central Securities Depository’s nominee holding until 19:30 Almaty time;
  • the possibility of extending the operational day until 20:30 Almaty time.

The Central Securities Depository’s clients are kindly requested to take these Amendments into account in the course of their operational activities.

The Amendments will become effective from May 29, 2026.
