By resolution of the Board of Directors of Central Securities Depository JSC (Central Securities Depository), adopted by absentee voting held on 30 June 2026, the Rules for Activities Related to Digital Financial Assets were approved.

The Rules for Activities Related to Digital Financial Assets set out the terms and procedure for the Central Securities Depository’s safekeeping of the underlying asset of digital financial assets, as well as for the Central Securities Depository’s activities related to maintaining the system of registers of holders of digital financial assets.

The Rules for Activities Related to Digital Financial Assets will take effect on 21 July 2026.

The Rules for Activities Related to Digital Financial Assets have been published under the [Current Version] tab of the [Registrar and Depository Activities] subsection in the [Rules] section of the Central Securities Depository’s website.
