A new Personal Account Customer Service Portal was launched

The Central Securities Depository notifies that on March 31, 2023 within the framework of pilot operation a new Personal Account Customer Service Portal was launched. The purpose of the new portal is to provide access to the services and facilities of the Central Securities Depository and simplify customer service processes. The Customer Service Portal is a self-service tool that offers clients a single point of access to automated services.

The New Portal is accessible at the link cabinet.kacd.kz.

At the moment, the new portal automates the application for establishing a business relationship with the Central Securities Depository. This service is provided in normal mode.

In addition, from July 01, 2023, the possibility of state registration of financial instruments has been implemented for issuers on the new portal Personal Account (account "Issuer" -> Menu "State Services").

This service is available after users register on cabinet.kacd.kz and pass the stages of establishing business relations with the Central Securities Depository.
